Anne-Marie Duff has been an English actress, narrator, and writer for over thirty years. Duff's television debuts came in the late 90s when she graduated from Drama Centre London. Her first big role in the screen was Fiona Gallagher from the UK series Shameless' first two season. The Virgin Queen (2006) was her first appearance as queen Elizabeth in The Virgin Queen, and she also performed the principal role from From Darkness (2015). Duff has had roles in films like Enigma (2001) The Magdalene Sisters Notes on a Scam (2006) French Film (2008) The Last Station and Nowhere Boy Before I Go to Sleep (2014) and Suffragette (2015).
